John first came in contact with us when he e-mailed us of the Dorrance Fan Complex. That weekend Chris decided to take a trip with him to see it. He showed us many mines and related structures as well as given us a wealth of pictures of no longer standing breakers. John was also an anthracite technology artifact collector and had an amazing collection.
