The site of the Pine Ridge Colliery is currently being developed into a housing facility. Among the remains are a washhouse, the foundations for the mine car repair shops, two air shafts, the haulage shaft, car dump, and the foundation of the foot for the main conveyor. This was one of the biggest collieries in Wilkes Barre, and we will have history on it soon.
